Linen Change:
The bed linens in the hotel rooms are changed daily.
Cleaning:
Room cleaning takes place between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. If you do not require cleaning, please notify the reception.
Luggage Assistance:
Would you like help transporting your luggage to or from your room? Please contact the reception for assistance.
Check-in:
On the day of arrival, you can check into your hotel room starting at 10:00 AM. For those arriving without a reservation, rooms are allocated based on availability and in the order of arrival.
Check-out:
Please vacate your room by 10:00 AM on the day of your departure and return the room key to the Reception.
Lost or Damaged Room Key:
A replacement cost of 3,000 Forints per key will be charged.
Toiletries:
Upon request, you can receive a toothbrush, toothpaste, or razor at an additional fee at the reception. Price: 4,000 HUF.
Wake-up Service:
The wake-up service can be requested from the reception.
Bar:
Our hotel bar is open daily until midnight.
Available Rooms
Double Rooms (14 sqm):
We have 10 rooms equipped with 25 cm high, 90x200 cm beds, a shower, and a TV. These rooms are perfect for two guests.
Triple Rooms (18 sqm):
We have 3 rooms equipped with 25 cm high, 90x200 cm beds, a shower, and a TV. These rooms are ideal for families or groups of three guests.

Attire:
We kindly ask our guests to adhere to general dress code rules throughout the hotel. During hot summer days, wearing a T-shirt is always required.
Water:
Our hotel is equipped with a water softening system, ensuring that our water is of crystal-clear quality.
Towel Exchange:
Towels are exchanged daily upon request.
Baby Equipment:
Upon request, we can provide a high chair or a changing table. Please contact our staff if you need these items.
Internet Access:
Our hotel provides wireless internet access in guest rooms and all common areas. Please ask the reception for the Wi-Fi code.
Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the hotel premises in accordance with legal regulations. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
Taxi and Car Assistance:
If you need a taxi or roadside assistance, please let the reception know.
Lost and Found:
Lost and found items are kept for 2 months and then turned over to the local police. Please contact our staff if you lose something.
Complaints and Handling:
If you have any complaints or feedback, please address them with the reception during your stay to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Damage:
In case of intentional damage, the caused costs will be charged.
Value Safekeeping:
You have the option to secure your valuables in a safe located within the building. Please request this service from our staff.
We also offer storage for larger luggage or valuables in a separate storage room. Please contact our staff for this service.
Fire Safety Regulations:
Laczházy Hotel Coffee & More has been constructed in accordance with Hungarian standards. Please adhere to the regulations for your safety.
To prevent fires, please only smoke in designated areas on the hotel premises.
In case of a fire alarm, please immediately evacuate the building following the designated escape routes.
The hotel does not take responsibility for valuables or cash left in guest rooms.
